What's your name and what do you do? My name is Sumbo Dosunmu. I am a Supply Chain Professional in the Oil and Gas sector.

This years theme is all about #acceleratingaction. What do you understand by this and how can we activate this in your respective space? It’s about women mentoring, coaching and sponsoring younger women. It’s about being intentional about sharing our personal successes and failures for the next generation of women to learn so they don’t have to make the mistakes we made. It’s about sharing knowledge to expedite their learning and success both in their personal and professional lives.

Looking ahead, what kind of world do you envision for future generations of women, and what role do you believe you can play in creating that reality?
